Trusts

A trust is created by a settlor, who transfers title to some or all of his or her property to a trustee, who then holds title to that property in trust for the benefit of the beneficiaries.
Trusts are an integral part of Estate Planning, entrusting an asset or an Inheritance to trustees for the eventual benefit of another can be a very valuable and powerful tool to use when deciding on how to leave an inheritance for a child or vulnerable beneficiary.
Helping you decide which of the very many and varied types of trusts would be most appropriate for you to use, either before you die or in your will, is where we come in.
